Is it really 100% online?
+
Yes, end to end. Online form, documents in your secure dashboard, a legalised electronic signature with full legal standing in Morocco, and a welcome kit delivered online. No travel — neither to a counter nor to a consulate if you live abroad.
Are there any hidden fees?
+
No. The price shown includes tax and covers the official fees: name reservation certificate, registration, incorporation. You start with 700 MAD and pay the balance before filing with the registry. What you see is what you pay.
Who drafts my articles of association?
+
A Moroccan lawyer, assigned to your file on day one. No generic template: your articles are tailored to your business, your capital and your partners, then reviewed with you before signature.
What happens if my file gets stuck?
+
Your lawyer picks it up and follows it through to approval: additional documents, corrections, chasing the authorities. You're kept informed at every step in your dashboard, by email or WhatsApp, and you can cancel at any time.
What if I live abroad?
+
That's one of the things we do best. The legalised electronic signature replaces the power of attorney and the consulate appointment: you can incorporate from France, Spain, the Gulf or any of the 12 destinations we cover, without booking a flight.
What happens after I pay the 700 MAD?
+
Your file is opened, your company name is reserved and a lawyer is assigned the same day. They contact you on WhatsApp, collect your documents and start the name reservation certificate. The 700 MAD is deducted from the total: the balance, known from day one, is settled before filing with the registry.
Exactly how much are the official fees?
+
They're itemised dirham by dirham in your quote before you pay anything: name reservation certificate (OMPIC), registration of the articles, RC incorporation, publication (JAL + Official Bulletin) and business tax. Passed on to the authorities at cost, they're already included in the price shown.
Can I pay in instalments, or from abroad?
+
Payment is already split in two: 700 MAD to start, the balance before filing with the registry. International cards are accepted, so you can pay from France, Spain, the Gulf or anywhere else, without a Moroccan bank account.
