What filings on the US side?
Federal reporting duties on accounts and shareholdings held abroad apply depending on thresholds and your situation: have your case validated by your CPA before the first distribution. On the Moroccan side, your Charikaty file documents the shareholding and origin of funds to guarantee repatriation.
What are the real timelines from the United States?
